Damages & Return Policy

Our company policy allows for the replacement of products damaged during shipping within 7 days of receipt without any charge. To initiate the replacement process, please email us at info@ishquejewellery.com. Our customer service team will contact you. The product must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a replacement.

Refund Policy

1.We do not provide any refunds in case of incorrect delivery address.
2.We do not provide refunds for products returned in a used or damaged condition.
3.We do not provide refunds for slight variations in colour and design . Please note all our products are completely handcrafted hence there may be slight variations.

Steps To Initiate A Return

1.Please submit your request along with a picture of the damaged product within 4 days of receipt of order.
2.Before we arrange for a return pick up , we will require an image of the product and once we receive the same it will be reviewed by our team and it is up to the discretion of the Ishque team to decide whether the product is approved for return.
3.Once we have received your request and our team has authorised the return for the damaged/incorrect product , we will arrange for a collection of the product.
4.Once we receive the damaged / incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh / correct product. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
