Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping will not be chargeable within India for Prepaid orders,
Extra Rs 49 discount is applicable during checkout on all prepaid orders over and above all the discount coupons
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
We ship via reputed delivery partner Bluedart / DTDC / Delhivery for domestic orders.

Shipment to Countries
Ishque ships only to India as of now.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us at +918777385019 or email us at info@ishquejewellery.com mentioning your order reference number. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
